Meredith Dairy & R. Paulazzo present a 5-course cheese and wine dinner on Wednesday, 8th May from 6pm.
Indulge in gourmet delights including Pepperberry Bruschetta with with heirloom tomatoes, hand cut crostini, and goats cheese and Herb Roasted Kangaroo with Dutch carrots, braised leek, goats yoghurt, and ash-coated goats cheese.
Each dish is thoughtfully matched with one of R. Paulazzo’s small batch, handcrafted wines from Southern NSW.
