Salmon takes centre stage at The Castlereagh with a special one-night Salmon Celebration Dinner.
Join us on Thursday, 26th February as our chefs showcase everybody’s favourite oily fish across a beautifully curated four-course menu. Expect bold flavours and thoughtful techniques — from ceviche with gochujang, to gin and juniper-cured salmon, finished with a rich miso glaze.
Each course has been designed to highlight the versatility of salmon while delivering a dining experience that’s relaxed, refined and full of flavour.
